The Trailblazers Hiking Crew:
Don’t miss Saturday morning adventures with the Spectrum Trailblazers Hiking Crew. Trotters, walkers, joggers, and runners are all welcome to join this fun community in the outdoors. We visit all the beautiful hiking scenes in our area with Trail Leader and Triathlete Doug Hoppe. If you are getting ready for your next event or you just want to add an adventure to your weekend, Don’t miss the trail huddles every Saturday at 7am in the Spectrum West Hills Club Lobby. In the huddles we get the site information, and ride share! All fitness Levels are welcome. Free for any member.
Ballistics: 30 minute Body Attack!
If you want to get the best full body workout in 30 minutes, Ballistics is the small group for you. This is a fun, high intensity thrill ride led by our very own Fight Conditioning Coach Farid Hashemi and Fitness guru Jeremy E. Be sure to meet in the Personal Training Room at 6pm every Wednesday! All fitness levels are welcome. Free for any member.
The Miss F.I.T.S (Female Integrated Training Systems):
Calling all ladies to the Sisterhood of Fitness! Come join a group of women just like you on the journey of a lifetime. Be inspired to change in a challenging and awarding fitness experience Tribe Style! Through Group Training, Fitness fundraisers for local charities, women’s luncheons, club competitions and events, participants are sprinting to their results with girl power! The Fight Club:
If you are looking to let go of some steam and get in the best shape of your life, do it at the fight club. These is a mix of Bag Boxing, Mix Martial Arts conditioning and Kick Boxing all rolled into one. Instructors introduce participants to training techniques that prepare the best athletes for optimal performance in the ring, cage, and octagon. Increase your stamina, explosiveness, endurance, and overall fitness in a fun, high energy class that will take you to the next level. A Sure Thing:
This class is designed for our mature members whose focus is achieving longevity and independence through healthy living. The course provides meditative practices and cognitive stimulation, gentle exercise, balance training and fall prevention. Participants get information on how to live healthy, well balanced lives through health risk awareness and lifestyle practices that may reverse issues they are currently being treated for. This is an opportunity to regain confidence and self assurance for members who require specific attention to sensitive needs. Free for any member.
