Our West Hills athletic club features world class fitness amenities in an upscale atmosphere. Offering state-of-the-art gym equipment, the latest group classes, a dedicated yoga studio and an indoor pool, this health club also features a variety of court sports – squash, racquetball or indoor basketball. Parents enjoy on-site childcare at our Kids Club that has programs for kids of all ages, where they can make new friends and have fun in a kid friendly environment.

We offer certified personal trainers to help maximize your fitness goals, and cardio equipment with personal TV screens that let you pass an enjoyable half hour with your favorite show while completing your exercise regimen.

At Spectrum West Hills, we offer a long list of fitness classes scheduled throughout the day, including yoga, power sculpt and Zumba™. Our aqua exercise class covers cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning—safe for persons with back and/or knee problems.

In our Pilates Reformer studio, certified instructors help you retrain your neuromuscular system to enhance postural alignment and spine health, rehabilitate sports injuries, condition for athletic performance, and improve flexibility, balance and core strength. We also offer senior-specific training and pre/post natal Pilates classes.

Or, try a class in our dedicated cycling studio, equipped with top-quality stationary bikes. Pedal to your favorite music while burning calories and increasing your muscle tone with every spin of the wheel.

After a vigorous workout, treat yourself to a relaxing sauna, followed by a dip in the pool and whirlpool—no need to cart around wet towels; we’ve got you covered with unlimited towel service.
