Ultimate Cross Training
Ultimate Cross Training is an intense small group workout focusing on strength, power, speed, agility and endurance. This exciting new cross training program uses a variety of equipment – kettlebells, boxes and sleds –and is designed to help you reach new levels of fitness, function, definition and athleticism.
Taught by coaches with an expertise in functional training, workouts are available at two different times per day Monday – Saturday. Sessions will be held in our new Performance Center.
This small group program is limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session; advance registration is required. If you would like to experience this incredible workout before you commit, we are offering a complimentary sessionsubject to availability.
