Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran cyclist, the indoor cycling classes at our athletic center provide health benefits and results for everyone. Our studios are equipped with the latest Schwinn technology, great music and sound systems and expert instructors who will help you reach a personal best.

During your first cycling class, the instructor will adjust your bike and explain the five basic cycling movements so you get the most out of your workout. Our classes take an interval training approach to riding because it boosts the heart rate to burn more calories in less time.
