The boutique-format group classes offered at our gym range in variety from yoga and dance, to cardio kickboxing and Pilates. Add Variety to your Workouts with the Classes We Offer

Offered in our dedicated group exercise studios, our fitness club features a wide variety of class formats. Our expert instructors work hard to keep up with the latest class trends so we can provide new choices throughout the year. If your goals are cardiovascular improvement and weight loss, select aerobic-based classes such as dance, indoor cycling, or kickboxing. Choose weight training, functional training or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes if you also want to improve your muscular endurance and strength. If better flexibility or balance is your goal, a Pilates or yoga class is a good option.

You’ll never be bored with the variety of group class choices we offer. Our fitness instructors will challenge your body and improve how you look and feel in studios equipped with great sound systems and high energy music. Our on-line class schedule is updated regularly and offers classes to fit every interest.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS

Group Workouts with the Personalized Attention of One-on-One Training

At Spectrum Athletic Clubs our goal is to provide members several fitness training options. Small group personal training is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of a skilled fitness professional guiding you through a training session. Both beginners and more advanced participants benefit at our Santa Monica fitness center because our trainers tailor small group programs to suit your personal goals.

Sessions feature one trainer with 12 or fewer clients and combine the camaraderie and energy of group exercise with the personalized attention of one-on-one training. Through small group programs, our highly skilled personal trainers are able to help more people meet their health and fitness goals and enjoy real results from customized training sessions.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX® – This high energy, super charged small group training program enables participants to simultaneously train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Using the TRX® suspension system, the desired percentage of body weight is loaded onto the targeted body zone and animated as an exercise movement. This class is fee based.
