Our Rolling Hills cross training sessions allow you to reach a whole new level of athleticism. We believe that fitness is an important part of your overall physical and mental health, and our courses are designed to optimize the time you spend in the gym to give you the best results possible. We don’t waste a single second of your visit, and all classes are geared toward getting you in shape fast.

Rolling Hills Cross Training

Our Ultimate Cross Training courses allow you to increase fitness, function, and definition of all the muscle groups in your body. Our course is an intense, small group workout. Space is limited to 12 participants in each session, and these specialized workouts are available twice a day, Monday through Saturday. Visit us for a complimentary session to determine if Los Angeles cross training is the right workout for you.

Our courses are taught by coaches that specialize in functional training. This new programs focuses on power, speed, strength, endurance, and agility. Use kettle bells, sleds, boxes, and a variety of other equipment to work functional muscles all over the body.
