Our Palos Verdes Peninsula Fitness Club

Located in Rolling Hills Estates, Spectrum Rolling Hills has become both a place for access to great fitness plus a favorite gathering spot for locals. Many residents are long term members of our health club community and the warm, upscale atmosphere has helped real people experience real change in their lives.

Enjoyed by people of all ages, this fitness club features world-class equipment, professional, friendly personal trainers, studio quality group fitness classes and member activities, including a dedicated gym for sports performance and small group training.  A neighborhood fitness center for our members and their families, Spectrum Rolling Hills offers resort-quality amenities including on-site child care at our interactive Kids Club.

Spectrum’s Kids Clubs are run by certified, trained staff members that genuinely care for your children. While you’re providing an example of the importance of staying active and healthy, your children will have a great time playing in a safe, fun environment, and learning more about fitness with interactive games and activities.

All Spectrum athletic clubs offer a full schedule of fitness classes, such as Power Sculpt, yoga, cycling, kickboxing, and NIA (blending movements from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts).  With such a wide variety, you can experience a different class every day and never fall into a dull routine.

Our cycle classes are held in a dedicated cycling studio using state-of-the-art stationary bikes. Your instructor will lead you on endurance rides, intense intervals, drills, hills, flat roads and more. Dial your resistance up or down—go at your own pace and never be left behind!
