In addition to our dedicated cycling studio, we have two group fitness studios where you can choose from a wide variety of group fitness classes.

At Rolling Hills, we have continually upgraded the club over the past three years, with the ultimate goal of providing you a modern fitness environment that retains a “neighborhood feel” and sense of community. This year, we have made major changes in the strength training area to provide you with more space for functional training and movement-based workouts and have upgraded most of the cardio equipment.
