Located in the Peninsula Shopping Center in Palos Verdes, Spectrum Rolling Hills offers an upscale workout environment complete with two group fitness studios a designated Cycle Studio and a interactive Kids Club. Rows of cardio e quipment set against a red brick wall give the club a loft-style feeling. Conclude your workout by sitting in our lounge while watching television or reading the newspaper.
