Training Philosophy or Slogan
The mind is a battlefield. The fight is in your mind.
The primary reason I decided to become a personal trainer is:
I want to share my motivation and passion for fitness with others.
I first became interested in fitness when:
I was 13 years old 5'3" 185lbs. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror.
One of the primary reasons I am so passionate about fitness is:
There are no cons to fitness. Why not take your body to it's full potential? There's just so much power in the human body and fitness is the key to unlocking it.
My approach to training people is different because:
I know everyone is different and not one technique works for everyone. Even if it works for a certain group of people, you may not ENJOY it and that is the key to achieving your fitness goals.
I feel the most important aspect of fitness is:
How bad do you want to make a change? Whether it's losing weight or training to compete in bodybuilding competitions, it's you that is going to take yourself there so it's all on how bad you really want it.
