Training Philosophy or Slogan
Age is not an excuse.
The primary reason I decided to become a personal trainer is:
I first became interested in fitness when:
One of the primary reasons I am so passionate about fitness is:
People smile when they leave the gym.
My approach to training people is different because:
Our challenge is to find what works for that individual and let them own it.
I feel the most important aspect of fitness is:
Your workout is forever.
It needs to be a part of your life
I started a weight training class at another facility about 20 years ago. Some of my "gals" are still working out together and have become best friends.
I am so happy to see people who I have trained who continue to work out and improve. Every so often we will meet and update their program.
Teaching someone to lift and work on their own is quite rewarding.
My last success story is my own. I am staying strong and fit and I intend to continue throughout my life. I am teaching group exercise classes with weight and
spinning and am really enjoying it.
