BioAnn received her bachelor degree in Health Science from the University of Utah. After she completed one year of nursing school, she decided to focus more on her true passion, fitness. Since she was a child she was very involved in sports (tennis, softball, volleyball & swimming) and was active in school with these sports through high school. Also she had her mom sign her up at the local women's club at the age of 14 so she could start taking exercise classes. Now focusing on the what so really wanted to do with her life, she went on to complete National & specific certifications to begin her career (AFAA, Spinning, BodyPump, Yogafit, STOTT pilates...). Fitness instruction is where she began and still continues to do, but now, and for many years, she spends most of her time in the Pilates Reformer personal training studio. Continuing education in very important to her and she continues to travel to Long Beach for the latest and most current advances in the Pilates world plus getting higher certifications for specific types of Pilates training (athletic conditioning, injury and special populations, stability chair, cadillac...). Ann has found her true career passion and you can see it radiate from her everyday at work.
