Training Philosophy or Slogan
Each person is unique, with different goals, body types, and base-levels of fitness. A personalized approach is so effective because it tailors your fitness program to meet your health and fitness goals.
The primary reason I decided to become a personal trainer is:
I had been athletic most of my life, but there came a time when I let myself go and didn't take care of myself consequently gaining weight and just not feeling energetic. I finally decided to get back to "my old self" and made a lifestyle change. In the process, my passion for fitness and nutrition ignited in me a need to help others achieve this wonderful lifestyle.
I first became interested in fitness when:
As an athlete most of my life, I have always been interested in fitness.
One of the primary reasons I am so passionate about fitness is:
I believe fitness inspires passion, happiness and joy. Fitness changes everything. When we feel better about ourselves, we treat others better. When we have more self-confidence, we give more. When we feel stronger physically, we are tougher mentally.
My approach to training people is different because:
I have learned that "fitness is a party and you have to invite people to it." Fitness really is for everyone and most people just need to be invited and supported. I have a holistic approach to fitness and wellness with an environment that fosters positive energy. I believe fitness is a part of our quality of life, not just a goal.
I feel the most important aspect of fitness is:
To motivate, educate, and inspire people to reach optimal levels of health and balance in life. I am driven to transform lives by empowering people to reach their full potential. I believe this can be achieved through personal training and on-going support, motivation and accountability.
