Acia has been a personal trainer for fifteen years. She loves being a fitness trainer because it allows her to give the gift of health
and long life to her clients. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association,TRX, and the Pilates Coach.
Having a wide range of specialties in the personal field enables Acia to design effective training programs for people with a variety of goals
including fat loss, muscle gain endurance, health issues, strength, and maintenance.
Acia has witnessed the importance of exercise through both her clients improved lifestyles and through her own experience. In 2000 Acia had major back
surgery, acquiring two ten inch rods along her spine. Because she was in such good condition prior to surgery and because she is expert in the most
up to date training methods she was back doing her pre-surgery regimen within four months. Despite having two children in her forties and back surgery
in her fifties, Acia claims to have discovered the fountain of youth "Regular exercise, a healthy diet and supplements, and an optimistic attitude."

Thinking of it as a part of your lifestyle.
