Private and group sessions are available for both members and non-members. Individuals who sign up for sessions receive an initial evaluation to determine their level and physical capabilities.
Based on the results, the instructor will structure a customized program that strengthens individual areas accordingly.
Spectrum Reformer Studios are available at the following California locations only: South Bay, Redondo, Pacific Palisades, Valencia, Thousand Oaks, Canoga Park, Santa Monica and Santa Barbara Uptown.

Pilates Mat
Spectrum also offers a vast selection of Pilates Mat classes. These classes are taught by certified Pilates instructors and are included with your membership. See club class schedule for time and date information. Classes vary by club and region.
Our Pilates classes offer a total body workout that emphasizes body alignment to build muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. The overall focus of Pilates is on the abdominal area, lower back and hips to create a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely. Some instructors may incorporate various tools such as stability balls, bricks or resistance bands into their routines.
Check individual club class schedules for date, time and complete class description.
