Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
  • ¼ cup organic skim milk
  • ¼ cup organic plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana (can also be fresh)
  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (chunky or smooth)

Fill blender with ice.

Blend until smooth.  Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.
