Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- ¼ cup organic skim milk
- ¼ cup organic plain or vanilla yogurt
- ½ frozen banana (can also be fresh)
- ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
Fill blender with ice.
Blend until smooth. Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.
