On your mark, get set, EAT! Halloween just kicked off the eating season from October until January where we find every (and ANY) reason to eat, drink, eat and drink some more, and be merry! It’s the holidays, isn’t it? Many of us tend to pack on an extra five (or so) during this period mainly because of the extra parties, celebrations, holiday feasts, and baking. This is the most difficult time of the year to be healthy. But instead of fretting about another diet to start, a realistic goal is to maintain your weight during these months. Burn enough calories through exercise and other activities to rid those EXTRA calories you are consuming! What a brilliant idea!!! So to put it (as depressing as it maybe) in to perspective, check out the details below!
