Spectrum Athletic Clubs at Howard Hughes
Spectrum Howard Hughes is a spectacular three-story facility conveniently located near the Rave Cinema, right off the San Diego (405) Freeway in the Westchester/Culver City area. This gem of an athletic club is a bright, immaculate facility, and its expansive windows and scenic park views make for an open, airy workout environment.
We offer a complete selection of free weights and the most advanced cardio and weight equipment. Our safe, secure Kids Club, with its unique Kids Club Boot Camp, arts and crafts, and activities, will keep your children engaged and entertained while you work out. Our Computer Zone features six computer stations. After your workout, relax and dine at our Pure Energy Cafe, a full-service restaurant with an eclectic menu of delicious, healthy entrees, snacks and beverages.

At Howard Hughes, we are especially pleased with the major transformation of our strength training area. Much of the equipment is new, and the workout area has been expanded to provide you with more space for functional training and movement-based workouts.
Several new pieces of cardio equipment have been added for your enjoyment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, incline trainers, ellipticals, and cross trainers, with new bikes added for indoor cycling classes. In addition, continual cosmetic upgrades have been made throughout the club.

Mommy's Day Out
8:30AM - 1:30 PM
Every Wednesday come join us for arts and crafts, circle time and lots of fun.
$6 an hour
$20 a session
$100 for 6 consecutive visits ($16.70 per visit NO MAKEUPS)
What to bring: sack lunch, athletic shoes and your best spirits! Parents, please NO NUT PRODUCTS (peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, cashews, peanut butter granola bars, peanut butter crackers, etc).
Home work? No Problem come to Kids Club for some light tutoring. We will make sure the work is done before the fun starts. After all school comes first.
