TRX® Small Group Sessions
This high energy, super-charged, small group suspension training enables the student to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once. Using the TRX®, the desired percentage of body weight is loaded onto the targeted body zone and animated as an exercise movement. Wednesday & Friday - Any 4 hour block before 6:00 pm
Say "later gator" to your parents while you hang with your friends at Hill Countrt Village Kids Club. You won't want to miss a day of crafts, games, kid exercises and lots of fun. Your parents can run that last-minute errand to the dentist, grocery store or lunch with friends, while you have an amazing time. Please see a Kids Club attendant for more details.
