Cycling class at our gym is a place to come and get motivated and get the endorphins flowing. It’s a great way to add cardio to your workout routine, and you can burn anywhere from 400 to 600-plus calories depending on your intensity and how long you ride. With energizing music and a motivating instructor, time will fly by as you get lost in the pedaling. Plus, the energy you feel from your class peers is contagious and invigorating.

The cycling classes at our fitness club are designed so that members of any fitness ability can enjoy the exhilarating experience of indoor cycling. Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran cyclist, Spectrum indoor cycling classes provide health benefits and results for every fitness level. Our dedicated studios are equipped with the latest bike technology, great music, top of the line sound systems and expert instructors who thrill in the ride and will help you be stronger and healthier, in an hour or less.

During your first class, the instructor will make sure your cycle is properly adjusted and explain the five core cycling movements so you get the most out of your workout. All of the classes at our health club take an interval approach to pedaling on “flat ground” versus pushing hard to “climb a big hill” because interval training gets the heart rate up so you can burn more calories in less time.
